We even designed the Guest Docking Option for your boating friends. One of our first customers pointed out to us that cleats up on your boat lift deck are useless…except for stumping toes! You have to lower your boat into the water for your friends to tie up…so..we designed the guest dock. It is 2’ wide x 28’ long and 2’ lower than your main deck. It has 3 steps going down to it…so …your friends can tie up their boat, climb out onto your guest dock, and go up the stairs and out to your property…without having to put your own boat into the water. It’s perfect!

We put an electrical outlet on your lift for you and a light over your boat. Other options can be 12 volt lights, lighted cleats, or mooring whips. We’ve even run water lines out to some lifts for those special boats who want to add water for pulling wake boards. Just walk onto one of our boatlifts and check the quality…it’s superior! They’re stable, strong and mechanically correct for smooth operation. If you have a heavier boat…we use a heavier motor and brake.

CUSTOM COMBINATION BOAT LIFT / SWIM PLATFORM /
GUEST DOCK WITH NO ROOF

This 22’ x 22’ boat lift / swim platform is perfect if you don’t want or need
a roof. It is designed to hold up to a 20’ boat, yet you still have 11’ of swim
platform to relax on. You also have the extra guest dock on one side,
that is 2’ lower, 2’ wide x 20’ long, and holds your docking cleats.
This portion is for your boating friends to tie up to, without lowering your boat into the water. It has 3 steps up for easy access onto your platform.

THE ULTIMATE BOAT LIFT AND PARTY DECK

Our ultimate lift is a combination of boat lift, swim platform, and guest dock with a 20 x 30 party deck on top instead of a roof. This option gives you twice the usable square footage, and gives you a great place to party. It has 30” steel handrail, lights, electricity, and even water lines if you like.

Everything is constructed of steel, and the decking is top of the line vinyl decking in 3 different colors. There are two gangways. One goes down to your boat lift deck, which is all mechanical and remote controlled for driving your boat onto, then lifting out of the water. It also has a stationary ramp up to the party deck on top. There is a 4’ swim platform on one side that is set 2 feet lower than your boat. There is also a 2ft. guest dock on the other side. This holds the cleats for your boating friends to moor their boat. It too, is 2’ lower than then your boat lift deck for easy access without lowering your boat into the water.
