MATCHING VINYL HOUSE AND BOAT LIFT DECKS

On this particular project we built a whole new deck on the house
with stairs down to their boat lift. Everything matched and used zero maintenance vinyl on the entire entertainment area.

THE ULTIMATE BOAT LIFT AND PARTY DECK

Our ultimate lift is a combination of boat lift, swim platform, and guest dock with a 20 x 30 party deck on top instead of a roof. This option gives you twice the usable square footage, and gives you a great place to party. It has 30” steel handrail, lights, electricity, and even water lines if you like.

Everything is constructed of steel, and the decking is top of the line vinyl decking in 3 different colors. There are two gangways. One goes down to your boat lift deck, which is all mechanical and remote controlled for driving your boat onto, then lifting out of the water. It also has a stationary ramp up to the party deck on top. There is a 4’ swim platform on one side that is set 2 feet lower than your boat. There is also a 2ft. guest dock on the other side. This holds the cleats for your boating friends to moor their boat. It too, is 2’ lower than then your boat lift deck for easy access without lowering your boat into the water.
