Floats can come in all sizes and shapes. Some are boat slips, some are just standard floats in various sizes and configurations. Each one or ours is custom built to your size requirements, but they are the heaviest around. They are all steel with vinyl decking, and black polyurethane floats underneath. NO WOOD...NO STYROFOAM. (Ducks destroy Styrofoam)

Floats work well where there is not too much water movement. In open areas like Nice and Lucerne or North Drive where wave action can beat a float do death, a Swim Platform works better. A swim platform is on piles up above the water so the wave action does not affect it. You can raise / lower them with hand cranks, or if you have electricity close by, they can have an electric motor and be remote controlled. The standard size for a swim platform is 10’ x 20’ using 4 piles, however, we have built them 12 x 24, 16 x 24 and 12 x 30…just depends on what you want. Most times they hold cleats, mooring whips and swim ladders.

This free floating boat slip accommodates 3 internally docked boats. You also have an extra guest dock along one side, and stays usable regardless of the lake water height.

This 22’ x 22’ boat lift / swim platform is perfect if you don’t want or need
a roof. It is designed to hold up to a 20’ boat, yet you still have 11’ of swim
platform to relax on. You also have the extra guest dock on one side,
that is 2’ lower, 2’ wide x 20’ long, and holds your docking cleats.
This portion is for your boating friends to tie up to, without lowering your boat into the water. It has 3 steps up for easy access onto your platform.
